Hey there
I want to introduce myself and tell you more about my transition from healthcare to tech.
I’ve always been passionate about improving things, whether it’s people, products, or processes. I’m equally passionate about connecting with people and helping guide them toward their goals.

My career in healthcare started with a focus on patients, but over time I realized that the biggest impact often comes from improving the system itself. Healthcare can be so difficult to navigate, and the burden on providers to support patients outside of direct care can be overwhelming. This often leads to patients being lost to follow-up, inconsistent care, and burnout among providers who are bogged down by administrative tasks.

These realities inspired me to drive change in multiple ways. First, through mentoring and training. I’ve served as a clinical instructor, developed training programs, and presented at the local, state, and national levels. Second, through internal process improvements. I’ve led projects that streamline workflows and directly improve patient care and outcomes. Third, through technology. I’ve helped design and improve EMR systems to make patient information more consistent, clinically useful, and ultimately more impactful for patient care. Finally, I realized that my passions were driving me more into the tech sphere, so I completed a UX design certificate program and am midway through a product management certificate, so I can apply more structured methodology in my work.

Across all of these efforts, I apply strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, organization, and leadership to turn data and insights into meaningful change. What excites me most is seeing the bigger picture and knowing the impact I can have on a system that touches so many lives. People who know me would describe me as insanely organized, a problem-solver, and someone who can navigate complex challenges while keeping the bigger picture in mind.

Outside of work, I love spending time in nature by sailing, camping, hiking, or just being outdoors. I also enjoy hanging out with my dog, Mia, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Ultimately, I am driven by the belief that thoughtful design, collaboration, and empathy can transform systems, improve experiences, and create real impact for people.
