AI was used to help with building an ideal user persona giving information regarding similar gaming styles. It was also used to help with competitive analysis of other gaming company sites for architecture, design and flow elements.

Creating a user friendly way to get connected to the company was a large part of the company's needs. As a start-up, they are looking to build their user base quickly.
